We are conveniently located in the protected harbour adjacent to the Public Boat Launch (on our West Side), and “Pye’s” (on our East Side), in “downtown” Clearwater Bay, Ontario.
For 2024 we are offering 34 boat slips-which are 20′ + in length by 10′ in width, and will be available for the May Long Weekend of 2024. These slips can accommodate boats up to 28′ in length.
We have completed our New East dock, and as of August 24/2024 we have 2 slip available. If you are looking for a docking space for a boat up to 20’ preferably an outboard, or a PWC, we can likely accommodate you. Please contact us for more information regarding availability for the 2024 boating season.
Slip availability comes and goes fast, usually within days, so don’t wait until it’s too late, book now. Please see our rates and policies page for more information.

Please Note: We ask that ALL vessels are removed from our docks by Monday of the Thanksgiving Long Weekend, as we release the docks from the shore for the winter season on the Tuesday immediately following.
