Winter Boat Storage Rates
-All boats/trailer’s and contents are parked at owner’s risk.
-Boats without a trailer will be subject to a minimum $100.00 up-charge. Pontoon boats MUST have their own trailer.
-Boat lengths that are fractions of a foot will be considered to be the next foot in length.( i.e-16.5’ becomes 17’)
-Boats should be brought to the Clearwater Bay Public Ramp to meet us with the boat.
-Boats will be launched in spring at Clearwater Bay Public Landing.
-All boats will have hull pressure washed, and a simple interior vacuum (in spring) included in the price.
– *Lower end will be checked for water intrusion. If it’s clean and no water is found it’s included, however, If Lower end oil is changed, it will be charged as an extra. (some models may have extra charge- ex.-twin engines, kicker motors).
-Battery charged in fall, and “topped-up” in spring included in price.
-ALL other work will be charged as an extra, and performed by a “qualified marine technician”, including fogging, stabilization of fuel, draining block/water jackets,
Oil & Fuel filters, oil and associated labour to do oil changes etc. .
-Boats will be “tented” and tarped. Customer supplies tarp, or tarp charged as extra.
-Any mechanical repairs or adjustments, are extra.
-Our Labour rate- $139.00 per hour. **qualified marine technician”.
-All prices shown are before taxes, please allow for HST.
-All fees due in advance of storage.

*All fluids will be O.E.M unless otherwise noted in advance.
**A third-party fully qualified marine technician will ensure your boat is stored properly as well as repairs to boat tops, gel-coat repairs, and any mechanical repairs that may be required.
