Pricing
• All docks are 20’ in length, and are charged on a per slip basis. Minimum charge is $1850.00. Longer boats are charged at $92.50 per foot, over and above the 20’ slip price.
• Slips include 1 car parking stall, unless it’s not needed, reducing the cost of the slip to $87.50 per foot. Minimum charge is $1750.00
• A deposit of $650.00 is due no later than Midnight September 30th, on the previous year of rental, with the Balance Due no later than Midnight on the last day of February in the year of rental. No docking will be allowed before payment is made in full. All monies are non-refundable. If you can’t use the slip, for a valid reason, every attempt will be made to find another suitable client, and upon receiving payment from them, the money will be returned to you to a maximum of what you paid. If the amount is less, you will be given the option of accepting the amount of the slip sub-rental.
• We NO longer offer additional car parking. Existing clients with more than one slip are the exception.
• All boats will be measured to ensure Length Over All (LOA). An adjustment in your bill may be necessary upon measuring.
• Shore Power: 15 Amp Plug-In — $250.00 per season to charge your batteries, and ask that you keep the usage to 4-amp “trickle-charge”.
• No Trailer storage is included, or offered. We no longer allow the leaving of trailers in the parking areas, as there is no way to place a parking pass on the trailer. If it’s just for a few hours, ask in advance, and we may be able to accommodate you.
• Pricing is based on a seasonal rate. All boats must be removed from the property by the Monday of Thanksgiving Weekend. Likewise, the spring is when we perform maintenance and upgrades to the facility. No boat parking until the “big lake” ice is out. To ensure that it’s OK to put your boat in, a phone call, email, or text would be appreciated.
• Monthly, weekly, daily, or hourly dock-rental, may be available, please call in advance for availability.
Note: You must carry your own boat insurance, and a dock rental agreement will need to be filled out and signed to prove insurance before docking at our Marina.
