Someone forgot a box of tools leaning against the grey/blue waterfront shed a few weeks ago. I have exhausted all my efforts to find the owner. Please call us at: (204) 510-3274 with a description to claim them.
As of Saturday, June 13, 2026 we have an open slip on the main West Dock with Power for the remainder of the 2026 season. Please contact us for more information.
We are conveniently located in the protected harbour adjacent to the Clearwater Bay Public Boat Launch (on our West Side), and “Pye’s” (on our East Side), in “downtown” Clearwater Bay, Ontario, off of Rockeries Road (It’s technically Clearwater Bay Road, as it shows on Google Maps).
For 2026 we are offering 34 boat slips, which are 20′ in length by 10′ in width, and will be available for the May Long Weekend of 2025. Our slips can accommodate boats up to 28′ in length.

Please Note: We ask that ALL vessels are removed from the docks by Monday of the Thanksgiving Long Weekend, when we release the docks from the shore for the winter season.
